The water in Crater Lake is such a beautiful blue because it is pure. No streams feed it, only rain and snow. Were all bodies of water this amazing before we trashed the planet with our sin? Is this blue as God meant it to be always?
I find it ironic that gazing at this deep blue water leaves me stumped for colorful descriptives. So I offer up the photos and the hope that you will believe me when I say I did not alter the color in these images. This is real. Sherwin-Williams, Crayola, Martha Stewart -- they got nothing on this shade of blue. It cannot be reproduced or described. It actually moved me to tears. If ever a color found in nature could change one's life, it is this.
